• You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive merchandise back. In many cases you will be issued your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days).
  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number) in New condition with tags attached.
  • If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
  • Should you receive an item as a result of our error, received an incorrect item or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and issue you a return label.
  • All sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE. (no exchanges or store credits will be accepted)
  • All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.
  • No exchanges or store credits will be accepted from store/retail locations.
